Accessibility for the Visually Impaired

To keep a website's appearance common for all pages I prefer to use fixed pixel sizes. This is not helpful to the visually impaired as the text size cannot be changed in Internet Explorer, and the layout changes when the text is resized in other browsers. The "mobile" button, which in this site appears in the top-left corner, can be used to improve the accessibilty for the visually impaired as it allows for the text to be resized to various levels, making the pages easier to read.
Accessibility for the Physically Impaired
The accessibility of a livescript website for those that have a physical impairement is improved as the focus does not move when an internal link is activated. This means that those people that use the keyboard or similar to navigate do not have to repeatedly press the TAB button (or equivalent) to get to the next required link.
Flash and Flashy
At Livescript.co.uk I aspire to create web pages that are accessible to the largest audience possible I aim to create pages that are enhanced by javascript, but which do not require it, or flash to run, as in both the guitar and map. With the recent increase in the number of mobile and touchscreen devices. I have also decided to move away from functions that rely on the mouseover event, which is not supported.
